Nakheel Strata

Nakheel Strata is Nakheel’s property management arm, offering a variety of services including owners association management services and facilities management services for owners of its many jointly owned properties, residential communities and mixed-use developments across the UAE.

TMH was originally tasked with naming and a creating a brand identity for Nakheel Strata. We then developed a set of brand guidelines and designed the new company’s website.
